-If you look at statistics, no, but they can try smarter.

2. Does any company have a chance to be successful long-term? 

-Yes, with a proper framework, tools, and strategy.  

3. Does a company also need a strong product that the market wants? 

-Yes. A product or service must solve your clients' needs. 

4. Is a customer always right? 

-Thinking of Orleeka's customers, sometimes yes, sometimes no, and business success depends on thoroughly thought-through decisions, both financial and strategic.  

5. Who is that perfect employee in a work setting? 

-Someone who is mission-driven, customer-focused, comes up with ideas, but knows how to stay humble. We may agree or disagree on specific aspects of the business. Someone who can prove their point. The ultimate goal is to be aligned, of course.  You don't want employees (and managers) going in different directions. 

6. Who is that perfect manager or a leader? 

-Someone who makes smart hiring decisions, actively listens, and is available to support. To ensure a company operates as a well-oiled machine, the remaining ideal characteristics depend on the leader's level within the organization. Our framework goes deep into the details of this aspect. There is no one recipe for a leader. 

7. Do people and culture need to be perfect for a company to be successful? 

-Culture - yes. It would be fantastic for all people. In real life, nobody is perfect. I am not perfect. People create culture. Orleeka shares knowledge that has proven to work for companies that have achieved success. You would ultimately need to choose. I always recommend continuous learning and development.  You would need to be a different person to jump from one to ten million in annual revenue, from ten to one hundred, and so forth. 

8. Are results guaranteed? 

- Orleeka guarantees providing a proven framework and training materials. Results will vary from client to client and depend on multiple factors covered in our training programs, as well as our clients' actions, decisions, and the application of knowledge and tools. It's a collaborative effort.  In fact, we are applying the same framework to grow Orleeka. Still and always, our focus is on our customers' success. We are in it together. 

9. What is your take on AI, or is it just a buzz concept?

- AI is still young, but definitely real. I am slowly figuring it out and encourage people to adapt to these innovations. I hope that one day we will enjoy more automation of mundane tasks and be able to focus on internal innovation, creating greater value for our customers.
